The hearing will be on the appeals of:
1. BZA #334 / 2-2025
Mr. & Mrs. Fulton of 274 Ryder Road, in said Village, designated as Section 3, Block 181, Lot(s) 21 and 47 on the land and tax map of Nassau County.
The variance is to construct a new swimming pool contrary to Section 200-34N of the Village Code in that a swimming pool shall be at least 15 feet distant from any other building and 7 feet is proposed; and Section 200-8B in that the building area, including all accessory buildings and structures shall not exceed 25% of the lot area and 27% is proposed.
