MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
held on March 13, 2024

Mayor Ceriello led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to open the Public Meeting was made by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo, seconded by Mayor Ceriello, and called to order at 7:40 pm and approved by all.
MINUTES
A motion to approve the minutes for February 12, 2024, Board of Trustees meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo, and approved by all.
FINANCIAL REPORT
Deputy Mayor D’Angelo presented the tentative 2025 budget to the Board.
Two changes:
· Improvements $25,000
· Parks and Grounds Revitalization $35,000 not Parks and Grounds Supplies
NEW BUSINESS
· It was determined that the Sauvigne residence at 312 Trumbull Road will keep their old shutters on the sides of the home coordinating with the new shutters on the front of the home.
· A motion to appoint Colleen Sharkey to the BAC (Building Advisory Committee) was made by Trustee Williams, seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo and approved by all.
REPORTS
· JUSTICE REPORT: The Monthly Justice Report for February 2024 notes total fines assessed in the amount of $3,160.
· BUILDING REPORT: The Building Report notes that between June 1, 2023 to March 8, 2024 a total of 107 permits have been issued totaling $130,223 in Building Permit Fees.
· POLICE REPORT: The Police Report for January 2024 notes no Burglary-Residence, One (1) Burglary-Business, no Robberies, no Larceny-Auto incident, no Larceny (other than auto), one (1) Criminal Mischief incidents and a total of 59 summonses (55 Movers and 4 Parkers).
Motion to close the Board of Trustees Public Meeting was made by Mayor Ceriello, seconded by Trustee Williams and unanimously approved at 8:08 pm.
